Champagne Experiences
Champagne tasting can add variety to your celebration or simply be a delightful activity among friends. During the tasting, you will learn about champagne, why its bubbles are so enchanting, and the latest prevailing trends in Champagne. The taste and refinement of champagne leave no one indifferent. All tastings take place at your chosen location. I can come to any location of your choice for an additional fee. All prices are without VAT.
Three Main Champagne Grape Varieties
Champagne employs seven different grape varieties. The three main ones commonly used are Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier. Usually, champagnes blend all of them together, but during the tasting, we will exclusively taste champagne made from only one grape variety. You'll get to know the characteristics of each grape individually and what each grape contributes to the blends. It will be much easier to choose your favorite champagne when you know what you prefer.

During the tasting, we will sample three different champagnes made exclusively from one grape variety. Champagnes can be paired individually.

Champagne Styles
​The main champagne styles include Non-vintage or base champagne, Blanc de Blancs (made 100% from white grapes), Blanc de Noirs (made 100% from black grapes), Rosé, Vintage, and Prestige cuvée.

During the tasting, we will sample 4 different champagne styles - Non-vintage, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, and Rosé. Champagnes can be paired individually.

Vintage
Vintage champagne - champagne made only from grapes harvested in specific years. Vintage champagnes are produced only in very good and exceptional years. Such years are rare in Champagne. The winemaker patiently matures Vintage champagne in cellars for many years. Although the minimum aging time is 36 months, every respectable winemaker ages their champagnes much longer.
During the tasting, we will sample 4 different Vintage champagnes. Champagnes can be paired individually.

Small Growers
Growers champagnes are produced by Champagne winemakers who work in small estates, passing down their practices from generation to generation. These champagnes allow for a deeper understanding of Champagne's unique terroir. During the tasting, we will sample 4 different champagnes from cult Champagne growers. Champagnes can be paired individually.

Sparkling Wines from Around the World
This tasting will help you understand and distinguish between different sparkling wines. We will explore 5 different sparkling wines, understanding their differences, production methods, and the factors influencing price differences. During the tasting, we will sample:
